Explanation vs. Anomaly

Standard industrial AI is built on "Anomaly Detection." It identifies a deviation and generates a percentage score. For a field engineer, this is insufficient. A percentage score provides no actionable intelligence.

Velqron is an Explanation System. We translate high-frequency electrical signatures into mechanical truth. Our core does not ask "is this different?"—it asks "why is this happening?"

Proprietary Deterministic Core

Thermal_Stress_Integration

Velqron utilizes a multi-nodal stress mapping system to quantify insulation degradation. By correlating load-envelope drift with thermal rise using a Lumped Parameter Thermal Network (LPTN) and Arrhenius thermal aging models, we calculate the Stress Acceleration Factor.

Signature_Synthesis

Startup ramps and steady-state ripple are extracted to create an immutable Healthy Fingerprint. Deviation from this fingerprint triggers root-cause ranking using a local Bayesian hypothesis engine to probability-weight failure modes.

Zero-Cloud Edge Integrity

Industrial data is highly sensitive. Transmitting raw motor telemetry to a central cloud is an IP and security risk. Velqron operates on a local-first architecture engineered for factory floor deployment:

The Velqron local framework coordinates firmware and gateway logic seamlessly. When an anomaly is detected, the gateway processes the diagnostic trace offline, keeping sensitive facility operations entirely private and secure.
